General refund terms

Vibe By Code provides digital marketing, technology, creative, and consulting services that require planning, resource allocation, and execution time. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope of work, payment terms, and project stage.

Non-refundable services

Fees paid for completed milestones, consultation, research, strategy, setup, third-party tools, advertising spend, domain or hosting purchases, and work already delivered are non-refundable.

Cancellation before work starts

If a client cancels before project work has started, Vibe By Code may approve a refund after deducting payment gateway charges, administrative costs, and any third-party costs already incurred.

Project delays and client dependency

Refunds are not applicable where delays are caused by missing approvals, delayed content, unavailable access, paused communication, or changes requested by the client after work has started.

Refund review process

Refund requests must be sent in writing with payment details, project information, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
